  1. Always apply an oil free moisturizer to your face after cleansing or Microdermabrasion
  2. Always apply a sunscreen to your face when you go outside even on cloudy days.  After any kind of face treatment your skin is very sensitive to the sun and can burn easily
  3. Exfoliating cleansers can be very drying to the skin when left on the skin for too long.
  4. Exfoliate in the evening when your skin is the most relaxed.
