Coconut Oil For Acne

Coconut Oil For Acne has many health benefits.  The oil has antiviral and anti-fungal properties, which makes it wonderful for the skin. The oil draws the impurities from within your skin to the surface without clogging the pores, and in the process softens the skin.

Below you will find two Coconut Oil For Acne cleansing methods.  The first one is for cleaning your face on a daily basis morning and night.  The second one is a deeper cleansing method that you can use three (3) times a week.

After a few days of using this program, you may find that you have a few more pimples than when you started.  Coconut Oil draws the impurities from within your skin to the surface, so you may experience a few more pimples and this is normal.  Any program that you begin should also do this.
